The one-year, non-residential apprenticeship offers hands-on training, resources, and leadership development to equip women with Future of Work skills, qualifications and experience.

Throughout the program, each apprentice pursues a personalised plan to leverage the apprenticeship experience to take their work to the next level.
WHY THIS INITIATIVE
Despite decades of progress towards achieving equality in the workplace, women remain significantly under-represented in emerging tech.
The imbalance between men and women in the technology sector is unlikely to be remedied unless organisations, schools and universities work together to change entrenched perceptions about the tech industry, and also educate young people about the dynamics and range of careers in the technology world.
Women currently hold 19% of tech-related jobs at the top 10 global tech companies, relative to men who hold 81%. In leadership positions at these global tech giants, women make up 28%, with men representing 72%.
We want to change this!
RPA Nuggets takes the baton to empower women to take risks and realise their full potential in emerging technologies.

When I started my journey with the 2025 1Million Women in RPA Initiative, I was looking for a fresh start. I did not know how or what that looked like, but I knew that I had to learn a new skill that would catapult my career and prepare me for the digital future.
I did not anticipate the knowledge and Future of Work opportunities that exist, which I would not have been exposed to without the 2025 1Million Women in RPA Initiative.
